How to load program for at89c51rd2 programmer

The case that the new 2014 maps came in does say it supports TMC so i'm not sure why its not working. If i place the orginal ford SD card in and downgrade the software to 9.10 all works fine again.

I do have AT89LP developer studio and AT89LP isp studio but dont know how to use them.
